Opplaus offers subscription plans with the features, usage limits, and AI credits shown on the Pricing page. Depending on the plan you select, you may be billed monthly or annually. Any applicable charges and taxes will be shown during checkout.

Yes. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method. You can turn off automatic renewal or cancel your subscription before your next renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the features included with your plan until that period ends.

AI credits and other account credits are intended for use within Opplaus. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Certain promotional or referral credits may also be subject to expiration or additional terms.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Opplaus, subscription payments, AI credit purchases, and other paid Platform services are non-refundable. Cancelling your subscription prevents future renewals but does not normally provide a refund for your current billing period. Read our full Refund Policy

Deleting your account is different from cancelling a subscription. Account deletion may permanently remove your profile, resumes, cover letters, saved jobs, application history, AI-generated content, and other account information. Deleting your account does not automatically qualify you for a refund of subscription fees, AI credits, or other previously paid amounts.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Opplaus does not independently control Stripe's services, and Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply to payment transactions.

Opplaus may update its subscription plans, pricing, included features, usage limits, or credit allocations from time to time. Current pricing and plan details will be displayed on the Platform before you make a new purchase or plan selection.
