Work Schedule: Shifts may vary, including weekends

Available Shifts:
• Wed-Sat 5am-5:30pm

Starting Pay: $11.00 per hour

As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Leading a team in a dynamic janitorial operations environment.
• Providing direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and KBS Field Operations Teams by responding to escalations efficiently and accurately.
• Cleaning various areas including rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and more as needed.
• Following the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart to ensure consistent operations.
• Managing shift coverage effectively, including addressing callouts and distributing tasks among team members.
• Offering feedback and timely reports on daily activities to the KBS Management Team.

Requirements:
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments is a strong advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role.
• Ability to adhere to OSHA safety regulations and guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, motivating demeanor.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English (Spanish may be required in certain states).
• KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping and task management. All non-exempt employees must download this app to record their shifts and breaks. Cell phone reimbursement is provided in compliance with local laws.
