Full-Time | Permanent | First Shift

Long-established wholesale food and grocery distribution company in Philadelphia, is seeking an experienced, dependable warehouse associate for a full-time, permanent position.

This position involves picking customer orders, operating forklifts, assisting with shipping and receiving, and performing other general warehouse duties.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Safely operate forklifts and other authorized warehouse equipment
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Receive, organize, and put away inventory
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse operations
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Prior forklift operating experience is required
• Previous warehouse, order picking, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide without a calculator
• Good attention to detail and order accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safe working practices
• Good communication and organizational skills

Work Schedule

Full-time, first-shift position:
• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Friday: 7:30 AM–1:30 PM

40-hour workweek with early Friday dismissal.
