In this role you will drive the yearly delivery plan and governance for Defense product delivery, acting as a bridge between Programs and P&L. You will enable cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and customers, and lead impactful interventions to improve outlook and delivery performance. The position is high-visibility, cross-site, and requires flexibility to travel up to 100%. You’ll support and shape S&OE processes to ensure a balanced plan that meets both P&L and supply chain needs, contributing to One Rolls-Royce’ mission.

Responsibilities
• Develop and refresh the yearly delivery plan balancing P&L requirements with Supply Chain capabilities
• Establish and govern Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and drive effective interventions
• Lead initial escalations with P&L and Supply Chain; support Customer and Supplier engagements
• Provide divisional product delivery reporting and forward visibility for Supply Chain and P&L
• Interface with Customer and Supplier facing teams with a proactive, can-do mindset

Key requirements
• Associates degree with 4+ years in Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain (or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ xklufbp years in Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
• Ph.D in Engineering, Project Management, or Supply Chain (or equivalent)
• US Citizenship required
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Multitasking with attention to detail
• Coaching experience
• Adept in SAP
• Advanced Excel
• Lean knowledge
