Requirements
• Active LVN/LPN license in the work state
• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant LVN/LPN experience.
• Current BLS certification; recent TB/health screening documentation as applicable; strong clinical references.
• Comfortable working the posted shift and occasional weekends/holidays; reliable attendance and professional communication required.
• Strong patient-care, documentation, teamwork, and communication skills.
