Talent Acquisition Specialist

Position Summary

Acme Corrugated Box Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring at our manufacturing facility in Hatboro, PA. This position manages the full recruitment process for hourly and salaried roles, from sourcing candidates through coordinating the hiring process. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract qualified candidates, and provide a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate qualifications.

• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Write and maintain job postings across job boards, the company career site, and social media.

• Use the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain accurate recruiting records.

• Represent Acme at job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting events.

• Build relationships with schools, workforce organizations, and community partners to develop candidate pipelines.

• Assist with pre-employment screening, onboarding, and other HR activities as needed.

• Protect the confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

• Follow company policies and applicable employment requirements in all recruiting activities.

• Support other Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications

• At least five years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or a similar environment.

• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.

• Experience using an ATS and working knowledge of Human Resources practices.

• Demonstrated experience using current recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), digital sourcing tools, and AI-enabled recruiting technologies to identify, attract, and evaluate qualified candidates. job boards and social media recruiting.

• Proficiency with modern recruiting platforms and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, resume databases, social media recruiting, and candidate sourcing technologies.

• Ability to leverage recruiting analytics, automation, and emerging recruitment technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness, streamline hiring processes, and enhance the candidate experience.

• Strong interviewing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to attend occasional recruiting events outside normal business hours.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Human Resources experience preferred.

• Manufacturing or high-volume recruiting experience.

• Experience with HRIS systems and recruiting analytics.

The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and community partners.
