In this role you will support industrial sales customers through end-to-end order-to-cash activities and post-sale service. You will collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure product availability, accurate invoicing, and timely shipping, while enhancing the customer experience. You will drive process improvements in Industrial Sales and tolling operations to support growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong focus on customer service and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day customer service and order-to-cash functions for industrial sales customers
• Coordinate product availability and shipping per customer PO, ensure accurate invoicing
• Collaborate with product supply, external warehouses, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate product availability
• Lead daily shipping schedule for glyphosate technical sales to meet commitments
• Engage with customers on orders, invoicing, and collections
• Enable growth of new business opportunities by creating customers in SAP and managing account setup, terms, invoicing, and ship-to locations
• Track and reconcile customer Accounts Receivable and resolve discrepancies to prevent past-due invoices
• Improve customer experience through streamlined processes and effective communications
• Identify and oversee continuous xklufbp improvements to Industrial Sales processes for efficiency and metrics
• Support tolling operations for Roundup QuikPro and dicamba salt by coordinating with suppliers and reviewing toller invoices for accuracy

Key requirements
• BS/BA degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• SAP experience
