In this role you lead a recruiting team and drive talent acquisition programs that support Tyler's growth. You partner with divisions across the company to attract diverse, high-quality candidates and to optimize the candidate and hiring manager experience. You shape sourcing strategies, mentor recruiters, and lead executive searches, all while strengthening our employer brand. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines people management with strategic program delivery to meet business needs.

Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters, including coaching, performance management and career growth.
• Balance workload distribution across the recruiting team in partnership with leadership.
• Implement programs and partnerships to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
• Develop sourcing strategies and pipelines for critical roles and diverse pools (referrals, university partnerships, internships, affinity groups).
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and assess effectiveness.
• Partner with the business to compete for talent in a strong market.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on role design and candidate profiles.
• Provide talent acquisition guidance on marketing and attraction best practices.
• Ensure high-quality candidates for key searches, including targeted executive and senior level searches.
• Improve effectiveness and ensure compliance in talent attraction programs and practices.

• Lead sourcing and recruitment for international positions.

Key requirements
• 3+ years handling full-cycle, corporate recruiting
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
• Strong business partnership and influencing skills
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
