In this role you will enhance and extend a critical claims-based business application, shaping new capabilities and maintaining system quality. You’ll manage a backlog of requirements and partner with business, QA, and IT teams to guide design, reviews, and testing across SIT/UAT and release cycles. You’ll help scale applications by applying strong analysis, system design, and collaboration to deliver robust solutions. This is a remote, fast-paced position with a strong focus on impact and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities
• Manage and refine a backlog of system requirements for development teams
• Facilitate design and code reviews and contribute to system design creation
• Plan and coordinate SIT, UAT, and release activities
• Collaborate with business analysts, owners, QA, applications architects, developers, and project managers
• Support enhancements and new capabilities across functional and non-functional requirements
• Provide ongoing analysis to build high-performing, robust applications in the claims domain
• Assist in operations support and incident resolution in production environments

Key requirements
• Bachelor Degree and 4 years IT OR Technical Certification/College Courses and 6 years IT OR 8 years IT experience
• Knowledge of application configuration
• Experience with Claims processing and components
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Iterative development
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
• Strong xklufbp oral and written communication skills
• Experience with system performance management
• Experience with integration and data movement in distributed apps
• Experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices (preferred)
• Knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Sonar (preferred)
