Sr Maintenance Technician, Commercial

We currently represent over 21 million square feet of commercial space for sale and/or lease, and provide property and association manage for over 200 properties (industrial, office, medical and retail) totaling more than 13.0 million square feet managed by CPI. Our role is to represent our client’s needs in all aspects of buying, selling, owning, leasing, managing and maintaining their commercial real estate assets and/or investments.

DESCRIPTION:

The Sr Maintenance Tech will be part of the CPI Building Services team.

JOB DUTIES:
• JOB DUTIES/Requirements:

· Plumbing

o Toilets

o Sinks

o Disposals

o Water Heaters

o Insta-hot

o Garbage Disposals

o Sloan Valve

· Painting

· Drywall (orange Peel, knock down, popcorn)

· Light electrical

o Ballast

o Photocell

o Breaker Replacement

o Troubleshoot

· Insulation /scrim install and repair

· Basic carpentry

· Ability to connect and maneuver basic 10’ trailer, dove tail 10’ trailer and scissor lift

· Ability to assess and estimate T&M for suite turnover repairs

· Yardi experience preferred, but not required

· Additional job duties as required

· Able to lift 50 pounds or more and can climb ladders/heights

· Safe driving record

This is a safety-sensitive position.

POSITION:
• Position: Full-time
• Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
• On call rotation on weekends
