In this role, you lead Facets configuration and maintenance across critical system components, driving accurate, compliant changes to optimize performance. You will collaborate with Claims, UM, and Care Management teams to define workflows and configurations, while owning end-to-end project delivery from requirements to testing. You’ll translate business needs into Facets setup and ensure traceability and governance throughout delivery. This position offers impact by shaping configuration so across-system processes run smoothly in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities
• Document and design Facets product configuration requirements (BCRs), including benefit codes, exceptions, provider tiering, and rules
• Create configuration design documents translating business needs into Facets setup specifications
• Establish and maintain requirements-to-test traceability across configurations
• Gather detailed claims routing and workflow requirements with Claims, UM, Care Management, and Service teams
• Develop Facets workflow designs, build configurations, and support testing activities
• Lead configuration changes and maintain compliance with change control processes
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, including requirements, design, build, and test support
• Provide SME-level support to map data needs to Facets configurations and triage IT solutions xklufbp
