Senior Team Leader, Mental Health

Trilogy, Inc. is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Community Support Team in Chicago, IL.

This role supervises staff, mentors clinicians, and coordinates care with interdisciplinary partners to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered services for individuals with severe mental illness and co‑occurring substance use disorders.
