In this role you help clients transform finance processes through SAP-enabled solutions, translating business needs into tested functionality. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional delivery teams across the SAP implementation lifecycle in a remote setup. You contribute to enterprise performance and digital transformation within Deloitte’s GPS-focused practice, leveraging SAP expertise to drive measurable improvements. This position offers exposure to agile release management, SAP tools, and complex, government-facing programs. You will play a pivotal part in delivering heart-of-the-business SAP solutions that support client operations.

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Agile release planning, governance, and execution for SAP-enabled programs
• Coordinate release calendars, deployment activities, and production readiness using SAP Solution Manager
• Manage dependencies, risks, defects, and readiness decisions across cross-functional workstreams
• Develop release and cutover plans, status reports, and performance metrics for client stakeholders
• Guide teams through release retrospectives and implement improvements to release-management processes

Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree
• Active TS clearance
• 5+ years of experience with SAP xklufbp platforms
• 3+ years of experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Release Management
• Ability to travel 10%
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
