Sales Representative/Customer Service

**Position REQUIRES an IN STATE, VALID driver License. If you do not have a valid driver license, you cannot and will not be considered.**

**Must submit to a background check and a drug screen upon job offer**

Job Description:

• As a Rent a Wheel Sales Rep, you will be required to greet and assist customers on sales floor

• Answer store phone and manage all calls regarding the rent to own process

• Assist customer with Rent to own application while ensuring accuracy

• Will be responsible for verifying customer application (work, residence, references, etc)

• Prepare rental agreements for selected rent to own wheels/tire

• Close and explain the rental agreement and policies to customer

• Will be required to perform data entry of all new customers into company system

• Will update customer records as needed

• Process payments, agreements, exchanges and transactions

• Assist in opening and closing of Rent A Wheel store as needed

• perform additional sales/marketing duties as directed and trained by manager

• Any and other job functions assigned to you by staff.

This position requires qualified candidates to work each and every Saturday. If you cannot work on Saturday you will not be considered.
