Sales Associate

The Sales Associate serves as the main contact for customers in the store.

This role includes supporting customers by helping them find and buy products, using the cash register, restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean store environment, and carrying out tasks assigned by the Store Manager. The main focus is on increasing store performance, delivering great service, and safeguarding company assets.

Duties and Essential Job Functions
• Give outstanding customer service, welcome customers, and offer assistance.
• Use the cash register and scanner to process customer purchases, accept payments, provide change, bag items, and support customers with their shopping as needed.
• Adhere to company procedures for managing merchandise; unpack, stock, restock, rotate products, and create product displays.
• Keep the store tidy by removing trash, dusting and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms and receiving areas, and assisting with setting up displays outside the store.
