We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our growing roofing team. This is a commission-only position designed for a self-motivated sales professional who knows how to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

What You’ll Do
• Generate new roofing business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
• Meet with homeowners and property owners to assess roofing needs
• Conduct property inspections and customer consultations
• Present estimates, proposals, and roofing solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed contract
• Work with the production team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale

Compensation
• 100% Commission-Based
• Uncapped earning potential
• Commission paid when customer payment is received
• Performance bonuses and incentives may be available
• No cap on your earning potential

What We’re Looking For
• Previous outside sales experience required or strongly preferred
• Roofing, construction, insurance restoration, or home improvement sales experience is a plus
• Proven ability to prospect and close business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
