JOB SUMMARY:

This role entails conducting due diligence with a sharp focus on AML/BSA/CTF policies and procedures, crafting clear investigation summaries, and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). The successful candidate will provide essential training and guidance to the Risk Monitoring team, identify system enhancements for effective AML/BSA/CTF detection, and maintain robust knowledge on relevant regulations. Working within a dynamic environment, the role demands a strategic approach towards enhancing compliance frameworks and actively contributing to risk mitigation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Conduct detailed AML/CTF alerts investigations using a variety of tools and systems.
• Prepare and file accurate SARs in compliance with FinCEN regulations.
• Provide training and support to the Risk Monitoring team for improved AML/BSA/CTF detection.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk AML/BSA/CTF concerns.
• Proactively identify and implement enhancements in the AML/BSA/CTF detection systems.

Must have Skills:
• Proficiency in SAR Writing and AML Investigations.
• Advanced analytical and investigative skills.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment of the financial services industry.
• Minimum 3 years in a global financial environment working with credit card and ACH fraud, AML, BSA, and CTF, preferably with consumer and small business exposure.

Industry Experience:
• Financial Services with exposure to regulatory compliance and risk management.
