Revenue Compensation Analyst: Plan Design & Insights

Human Interest is seeking a Revenue Compensation Analyst who will design and manage compensation plans, calculate payouts, and test plan accuracy. You will collaborate with the Revenue Compensation Manager and other analysts on data management, ad-hoc reporting, and communications to sales leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in sales or incentive compensation, strong data skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or CaptivateIQ.
