Repair and Maintenance Tech - 3rd Shift

Our client, a leading beverage manufacturing company, is seeking a Multi-Craft Technician to join their team. As a Multi-Craft Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production Operations and Plant Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Shift: Night Shift, Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-speed manufacturing and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.

Utilize PLCs, HMI screens, and CMMS/SAP systems to diagnose issues, document repairs, and support plant operations.

Assist with equipment changeovers, new equipment installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and efficiency.

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or high-speed production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs, AC/DC motors, drives, and electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical skills including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, valves, welding, and fabrication.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and use CMMS/SAP systems effectively.
