Our client in Washington, DC, is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time position.

Salary Range is $92,000 to $197,000 DOE

Requirements
• 3+ years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including title and survey reviews, purchases, sales, financings, and leasing
• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required
