Personal Care Aide – Senior Living

Wallick Communities is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our affordable senior living communities. In this on-site role, you will assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting dignity, safety, and independence. You will provide companionship, observe and report changes in condition, and help with light housekeeping and meal support. Working within a mission-driven, resident-focused culture, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver respectful, high-quality care and positively impact the lives of seniors every day.
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
Support safe resident transfers and use of mobility aids following care plans.
Offer companionship, observe condition changes, and promptly report concerns to supervisors.
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation for residents.
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
Document services provided and resident observations according to community procedures.
Collaborate with nursing, housing, and support teams to ensure resident-centered care.
Support new residents’ orientation and promote an inclusive, respectful community culture.
