We are looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Front desk associate to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, providing exceptional guest service, and being part of a welcoming hotel environment, we'd love to hear from you!

As the Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring all daily financial and operational reports are completed accurately during the overnight shift.

Schedule
• Part-Time: 3-4 days weekly
• Shift: 1pm 9pm & 3pm-11pm
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and complete check-ins and checkouts accurately.
• Process reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest requests using the hotel's property management system.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest questions, and assist with reservations and general inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and work toward timely, appropriate resolutions.
• Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure they remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Complete assigned shift checklists, review arrivals and departures, and communicate important information to the next shift.
• Assist with other hotel duties as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications
• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred (not required—we will train the right candidate).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
