Part Time Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Part Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in hotel management or guest relations is highly valued, along with multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele.

Duties
• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with night audit procedures and ensure all guest accounts are accurately balanced
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors

Experience
• Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel guest services is preferred but not required
• Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Knowledge of resort operations or hotel management practices will be considered a plus
• Experience with night audit procedures or hotel night shift work is beneficial but not required
