Outside Sales Rep Details:
• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits
• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services
• Meet or exceed established sales goals
• Conduct sales presentations and close new business
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM software
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
• Assist with customer account and payment follow-ups

Outside Sales Rep Qualifications:
• 35 years of sales experience; outside sales preferred
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with business owners and executive-level decision-makers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
