On-Site Executive Assistant to Leadership (Temp)

Nelson Connects is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to executive leadership and the Board of Trustees in Marin County, Kentfield, CA. The role is full-time and temporary for approximately 5–6 months, paying $40–$45 per hour.

You will manage calendars, meetings, travel, and events while preparing agendas, minutes, and reports. Strong discretion, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
