In this role you contribute to building, deploying, and maintaining software that supports Cambia’s mission to make health care easier and more person-focused. You will work in a cross-functional team on application systems, engage in design, testing, and documentation, and apply secure coding practices. The role combines hands-on development with collaboration across business partners and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Responsibilities
• Develop, debug, and maintain applications across development and production environments; ensure robust documentation and testing
• Design and manage database structures; perform system testing and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, business partners, and product stakeholders; provide consulting and engineering advocacy
• Participate in the full Software Development Lifecycle (requirement analysis, system design, data modeling) and adhere to coding standards
• Learn and apply CI/CD practices, containerization, and orchestration tools; implement RESTful/GraphQL APIs
• Incorporate security best practices, OWASP guidelines, and data stewardship concepts
• Lead or influence groups of business customers and external partners; communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrate problem-solving, xklufbp proactive planning, and the ability to work with minimum direction

Key requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; 3+ years (Engineer II) or 5+ years (Engineer III) in a multi-platform environment
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Comfort with remote/distributed teams and asynchronous tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
• Strong collaboration with customers and technical partners
