Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks to support healthcare operations in correctional facilities.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing communications between staff and clients.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and facility operations.

• Support the clinical team by preparing necessary materials and supplies.

• Coordinates the scheduling and assignments of medical staff, ensuring adequate coverage.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations is preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Shift coverage or on call for nursing emergencies and nurse staff needs.

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.

• Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.
