Medical Records Technician- Women's Health Administration, Part Time, First

UC Health is hiring a part time Medical Records Technician in the Women's Health Administration department for the University of Cincinnati location.

The Medical Records Technician completes the of release of information requests in accordance with HIPAA/confidentiality regulations and established departmental turnaround time. They complete Birth Certificates/IPHIS abstraction in accordance with state mandates, in an accurate/timely manner. Ensuring the data integrity of patient medical records across hospital wide patient information systems.
