Medical Readiness Case Coordinator

LAUKOA is seeking a full-time Case Management Care Coordinator to support the California Army National Guard. You will manage medical/dental readiness, track referrals, document cases, and process health information in DoD systems.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 2 years' experience, strong HIPAA compliance, and CAC eligibility. Travel within California may be required; benefits include health and welfare options under the Service Contract Act.
