Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community built in 2013 with 276 apartment-homes.

Most Important Responsibilities

• Work closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high-quality craftsmanship.

• Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.

• Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.

• Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.

• Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.

Most Important Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance

• EPA and CPO certifications are strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently on a day-to-day basis

• Customer service skills a must

• Willing to assist with curb appeal and overall cleanliness of the community

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair and electrical

• Must be able to participate in the on-call emergency rotation

• Vehicle, driver’s license, basic tools

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
