Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role will primarily involve working in a fast-paced environment while managing a patient census of approximately 45 residents.

Schedule
• Days: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Shift Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks, from October 26 to December 19
Responsibilities
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the nurse in charge.
• Assist with patient care and personal hygiene.
• Documentation of patient progress and care in Point Click Care software.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
• Active LPN license.
• IV Certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
