Requirements
• Must be a fully licensed mental health therapist at the Master's level or higher
• Acceptable licenses: LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD (qualification depends on state regulations)
• Active NPI number required
• Malpractice insurance coverage needed
