Landscape Maintenance Worker Driver

Overview

As a Landscape Maintenance Worker, you’ll keep outdoor spaces healthy, safe, and welcoming through hands-on groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. You’ll work with plants, lawns, irrigation systems, and landscaping equipment across a range of outdoor tasks. This is an active role for someone who enjoys practical work, changing conditions, and seeing the results of a well-maintained landscape.

Duties
• Mow lawns, perform lawn care and gardening, and maintain planting beds, trees, and other landscaped areas.
• Identify plants and support horticulture tasks, including tree care, tree trimming, and pesticide management in line with applicable safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment; use an excavator when assigned and qualified.
• Inspect and maintain irrigation systems, and complete general maintenance and hardscape upkeep.
• Support seasonal groundskeeping, including snow plowing when needed.

Skills
• Essential: Ability to perform outdoor work and follow safety protocols while completing physical landscape maintenance tasks.
• Essential: Practical experience with mowing, grounds maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, and common hand tools or power tools.
• Preferred: Mechanical knowledge, plant identification, horticulture, pesticide management, and familiarity with irrigation systems.
• Preferred: Experience operating landscaping equipment, including an excavator, and performing tree care, hardscape work, gardening, or snow plowing.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
