Hybrid Mental Health Counselor — Trauma & Couples Therapy

Garden Path Counseling is seeking a full-time Mental Health Counselor for our Independence, OH office with hybrid work flexibility. You will conduct individual and couples counseling, complete intake assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

Daily duties include maintaining clinical documentation, coordinating care with other providers, and monitoring progress, with crisis intervention as needed.
