Hybrid HR Generalist: End-to-End Onboarding & Lifecycle

Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support labs across the US from the People & Culture team. You will manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave, and employee relations with discretion and sound judgment.

You'll work hybrid in San Diego, collaborate with HR Business Partners, and help design improved HR processes using technology, including Workday. Three to five years of progressive HR experience is expected, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
