Salary: $58,000.00 - $62,000 per year, paid bi-weekly

Schedule: 40 hours per week

About the Role

Comprehensive Sleep Care Center is looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Based at our Lansdowne office, this role also travels to our other CSCC locations on a monthly rotation to support staff and operations across the practice. A company car is available for business travel. The role combines human resources and accounts payable responsibilities, supporting daily office operations and helping make CSCC a great place to work and receive care. What You'll Do

Human Resources
• Partner with practice leadership across locations on workforce planning, employee relations, and HR strategy
• Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding in Paylocity
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Assist with benefits administration and answer employee questions, including 1095-C and W-2 inquiries
• Process payroll and audit it for accuracy
• Track PTO, CME, and timekeeping records
• Draft HR communications, letters, and documentation
• Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
• Coordinate background checks, credentialing, and licensing documentation
• Support leadership with policy implementation and HR reporting
• Manage year-end HR processes, including 401(k) coordination and state tax filing verification

Accounts Payable
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments
• Manage company credit cards and expense tracking (Ramp or similar platforms)
• Reconcile statements and resolve vendor discrepancies
• Maintain remittance details and payment records
• Assist with month-end close and financial documentation
• Track refunds and vendor credits
• Coordinate with leadership on budgeting and payment approvals
• Support year-end accounting and audit preparation

What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, and/or accounts payable (experience in both is a strong plus)
• Hands-on experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS/payroll system
• Familiarity with expense management platforms such as Ramp
• Working knowledge of federal and Virginia employment regulations and payroll tax requirements
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Excellent written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to other CSCC locations on a monthly rotation
• Healthcare or medical practice experience preferred
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, or a related field preferred
