Hotel Front Desk Supervisor - Lead & Develop Guest Experiences

Bridgeton Holdings Group is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the team at Sheraton Miami. You will assist the Front Desk Manager and Director of Front Office with day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, and staff training to ensure smooth guest service.

The role requires 2+ years of hotel front‑desk experience, familiarity with Lightspeed or Marriott systems, and strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
