In this pivotal role, you will be the central communication hub for our customers, field technicians, and various departments within the business operations team, ensuring our customers receive prompt service for their home needs.

Work Schedule: We seek candidates with flexible availability between Monday-Friday: 6:00 am - 8:30 pm, and Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Our office is conveniently located in West Seattle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating Service Requests: Schedule and dispatch service calls to our field technicians efficiently.
• Communication Point: Serve as the main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Problem-solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor and Adjust Schedules: Keep a close eye on schedules and make real-time adjustments to enhance operations.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and incidents using Service Titan.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate response efforts for emergencies as necessary.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational demands.
• Collaboration: Work in partnership with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of dispatching experience; call center experience is highly valued.
• Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or other service-based industries is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Capacity to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and call center software; Service Titan experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $24-$27 USD
