Healthcare Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the implementation and administration of a statewide Rural Health Recruitment and Retention Program. This role will coordinate grant applications, funding administration, reimbursements, compliance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to support healthcare workforce recruitment and retention across Rhode Island.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program administration, business outreach, policy, or educational programming.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional project coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with grants administration, budgets, reimbursements, or compliance monitoring is preferred.
