Grader Operator

Grady County District 3 is seeking to fill two (2) Grader Operator positions. The ideal candidates will have experience operating motor graders and performing routine road maintenance. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe and efficient county roads.

Qualifications

Preferred 1.5 to 3 years of experience operating a motor grader
Knowledge of road maintenance practices and procedures
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as needed
Operate motor grader to maintain and repair county roads
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
Assist with additional road maintenance duties as assigned
Follow all safety policies and procedures
