As an Engineering Lead/Manager in the Global Capability Center, you shape and scale engineering capabilities to enable GCC design and setup. You’ll guide product and platform engineering, define delivery models, and align engineering strategies with the target operating model. You’ll establish modern practices, governance, and delivery frameworks to accelerate digital innovation. This role partners with HQ and cross-functional teams to drive transformation and deliver business value, with travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities
• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup delivery engagements with deep product and platform engineering expertise
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned to business objectives
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance within the GCC
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs and accelerate digital innovation at HQ
• Travel up to 50% as required

Key requirements
• Minimum 5 years in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation
• Minimum 2 years in engineering, supply xklufbp chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional leadership
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve outcomes
