Experience QuickBooks, 3 years (Preferred)
Bookkeeping, 3 years (Preferred)
High attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
Multi-tasker with exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines
Team Player
Desired Skills and Experience Strong working knowledge in QuickBooks, including processing live payroll
Preparing quarterly payroll reports, including 941, RT-6, 940, W-2/1099
Ability to create new companies in QuickBooks with custom chart of accounts
Ability to reconcile all balance sheet accounts
Skilled in making routine journal entries such as month-end closing entries
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
