In this role you will shape the product and technical direction of a high-scale system used by top product teams. You'll own end-to-end product surfaces, collaborate with design and product leaders, and build cross-stack experiences with React and Node.js. You'll leverage AI tooling to accelerate prototyping and drive faster iterations, while upholding high-quality code, architecture, and UX. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at a fast-growing, customer-centric company.

Responsibilities
• Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production and beyond
• Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders
• Build and evolve systems across React and Node.js that scale with customer growth
• Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration cycles
• Raise the bar for engineering quality - code, architecture, and user experience
• Lead by example through hands-on development, mentorship, and decision-making
• Move fast on ambiguous problems, turning ideas into customer-facing value

Key requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
• Senior-level experience leading large, ambiguous initiatives with business impact
• Strong full-stack expertise (React + backend systems such as Node. xtnlbfm js and/or Python)
• Deep ownership mindset and proactive problem solving
• Exceptional product taste and focus on UX
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools to enhance development
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a high-velocity environment
