Job Title - Full Stack AI Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain an enterprise access-control and permissions platform supporting thousands of users across multiple internal applications.
Build modern web applications using React, Material UI (MUI), Java, and Spring Boot.
Develop backend services responsible for managing user permissions, roles, entitlements, and application access.
Integrate applications and backend services with Microsoft Entra ID-issued authentication tokens.
Develop secure, scalable REST APIs consumed by multiple applications and downstream engineering teams.
Optimize backend queries, caching strategies, and service performance to improve platform responsiveness and operational efficiency.
Build solutions integrating multiple data technologies, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Develop configurable query capabilities that allow applications and users to execute queries across multiple data sources.
Build automated execution workflows and expose platform functionality through APIs for downstream systems.
Contribute to AI-assisted access-management solutions that combine policy/rule-based decisioning with machine-learning-driven recommendations.
Develop and enhance LLM-powered capabilities for analyzing and optimizing queries across platforms such as Azure Data Explorer, Snowflake, and SQL Server.
Troubleshoot complex issues across frontend applications, backend services, authentication, APIs, and databases.
Own solutions across the engineering lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, optimization, and production support.

Strong hands-on software engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Strong frontend development experience with React.
Experience building enterprise-scale full-stack applications.
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and backend services.
Experience integrating applications with Microsoft Entra ID or equivalent enterprise identity platforms.
Strong SQL development skills and experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
Experience with application and database performance optimization, query tuning, and caching.
Strong understanding of application security and access-control concepts.
Ability to independently troubleshoot issues spanning UI, application, API, authentication, and database layers.
