Front Desk Office Assistant

What You'll Do

Greet families, answer phones, and help with questions or needs

Assist with childcare registrations, enrollments, and payments

Keep records, files, and rosters accurate and up to date

Help manage daily deposits and basic office operations

Track program details like attendance, waitlists, and meal counts

Order and organize office supplies and keep things running smoothly

Work closely with staff to support childcare and school-age programs

What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and professional

Organized and detail-oriented (you like things done right)

Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; we'll train you on our systems)

Reliable and team-focused

Passion for helping others and being part of a positive environment
