SHR Talent is partnering with a healthcare services organization in Nashville, TN in its search for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is a high-impact opportunity to step into a visible role supporting executive leadership, reporting directly to senior leadership, and helping drive financial insights across a growing platform. The team is seeking a technically strong, data-driven finance professional who can bring energy, ownership, and analytical rigor to the function. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst. position offers a hybrid schedule and includes oversight of a team, with the ability to influence financial strategy, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling and data analysis Perform variance analysis and communicate key business drivers to leadership Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Identify and implement process improvements across reporting and planning cycles Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ~ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), a plus ~3 – 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related field ~ Blend of public accounting and industry experience, strongly preferred ~ Strong technical skill set with data analysis tools and financial systems ~ Advanced Excel skills, required ~ Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau, preferred ~ Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights ~
