Finance Operations Lead—Automation & Process Improvement

Mortenson is seeking a Core Finance Business Analyst to join the Core Finance Operations team. You will partner with Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Travel & Expense, and Labor Costing to drive strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and the member experience.

You will lead project workstreams, map current and future processes, and translate business needs into sustainable solutions.
