In this Finance Manager role, you will lead FP&A and reshape our finance function into an AI-native, agentic operation. You will own core planning, forecasting, and management reporting while building AI-driven workflows to cut manual work. You’ll partner with company leaders to define a roadmap for autonomous finance and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Responsibilities
• Lead FP&A and management reporting, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and SaaS KPIs
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows across FP&A, accounting, and finance ops
• Integrate finance systems and automate data flows, reconciliations and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve financial control
• Own data-driven insights for decision-making and automate end-to-end financial processes
• Roll up sleeves to build models, troubleshoot issues and drive finance transformation
• Develop a reusable library of AI agent skills and automations
• Provide governance and monitoring for AI-driven finance workflows

Key requirements
• Strong foundation in FP&A or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech
• Hands-on experience building/deploying AI agents or LLM-powered automation in a business context
• Experience using AI to automate substantial xklufbp portions of work
• Solid financial modeling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics and management reporting
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, structured data, automation platforms and AI tools
• Track record of identifying inefficiencies and delivering measurable improvements
