Family Nurse Practitioner — Patient-Centered Primary Care

Franklin Family Medicine in Franklin, TN seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our patient-centered team. This full-time, on-site role covers assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, primary and urgent care, and chronic disease management for patients of all ages.

We value compassionate care, strong communication, and collaboration with physicians and staff to improve patient outcomes. BLS/ACLS preferred; TN license required; clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
