Executive-ROI Lead Customer Success Manager

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to drive platform adoption and prove ROI at the VP or Chief Executive level. You will manage the full customer lifecycle, onboard and train customers, and serve as a trusted advisor to VPs, chiefs, and key stakeholders. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Product to optimize value realization, forecast renewals, and guide customers along their value journey. Travel up to 20% and lead CS team initiatives.
